4. Points and Rewards Programs

Fidelyt acts as an intermediary between businesses and users. Assigned points, earning conditions, and redemption rules depend on each participating business.

Businesses may change their internal rules without notice; Fidelyt is not responsible for third-party business decisions.

5. Device Permissions

Fidelyt may request permissions for the camera, location, photos, or notifications. These permissions are used exclusively for features such as QR scanning, nearby business detection, or image uploads. Users can revoke permissions in their device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, icons, logos, and software belong to Fidelyt or its licensors. Using the platform grants users no intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fidelyt is not responsible for:

• Connection or service availability failures.
• Errors caused by third parties, such as affiliated businesses.
• Loss of points due to changes in each business's rules.
• Improper use of the platform by the user.
• The number of sales and increase in customers for businesses subscribed to the platform, as it is an auxiliary tool for businesses and professionals and does not guarantee or commit the company to any result.

8. Account Cancellation and Deletion

Fidelyt may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
